What we collect

Contact forms. When you submit a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, email address, and, if you provide them, your phone number, business name, industry, the service you are interested in, a budget range, and your message.

Voice assistant. If you choose to talk to KATE through the voice widget, the audio of that conversation is captured through your browser microphone, transcribed, and stored so we can review the conversation and improve the assistant. The widget only listens after you start a call and stops when you end it.

Booking. If you book a discovery call through the embedded scheduler, that booking is handled by our scheduling provider under its own privacy terms, and we receive the details you enter there.

Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical information about requests, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site.

How we use it

To respond to you. Form submissions and voice conversations are delivered to us so we can reply to your inquiry, prepare for a call you booked, or follow up on something you asked about.

To improve KATE. Transcripts of voice-widget conversations may be reviewed to improve how the assistant handles questions. They are not used to train models offered to anyone else.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers that operate our forms, email, telephony, hosting and scheduling, and only so they can perform those functions for us.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and conversation records are kept for as long as we have a business reason to, typically while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can use every page of this site without submitting a form or starting a voice call. If you would rather not use the voice widget, do not start a call; nothing is captured until you do.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
