These terms apply to your use of midpointai.co and the demos on it. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.
Using this site
You may browse this site, read its content and use its forms and demos to learn about our services and get in touch. You may not use it to send unsolicited or automated submissions, to probe or disrupt it, or to copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
Demos and the voice assistant
The KATE demos and the voice widget are provided so you can see how the technology behaves. They are demonstrations, not a service you are purchasing, and nothing KATE says on this site is a quote, a commitment or professional advice. Please do not share sensitive personal, financial or health information with the demo assistant.
Content and results
The results and case studies on this site describe real client engagements and the figures in them are measured from our own systems at the date shown. They describe what happened for those businesses and are not a promise of what will happen for yours. Every engagement is scoped and priced individually.
Intellectual property
The Midpoint AI, KATE and Atlas names, logos, site design and written content are ours. Client names and logos belong to those clients and appear with their permission. You may link to any page on this site.
Third-party services
Booking a call uses an embedded scheduling provider, and links may take you to sites we do not control. Their terms apply once you are there.
No warranty and limitation of liability
This site and its demos are provided as is. We work to keep them accurate and available but do not guarantee that they will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midpoint AI is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York.
